One capture in receiving. The rest is automatic.
The only new step on the warehouse floor is a photo — and it doubles as documentation of why the item isn't going back to full-price stock.
- 01
Photographed during receiving
As your team receives and grades a return, they capture it once. Those photos become the listing — the exact item, documented honestly and sold as-is.
- 02
Listed as a unique outlet product
Returner creates a quantity-one product in your own store — its own title, description and grade — so the item sells through your storefront and your normal fulfilment.
- 03
Given a real GS1 barcode
A GTIN from your own uploaded pool is auto-assigned to each listing, so the outlet item is scannable at checkout like any other product — never reusing the original item's barcode.
- 04
Reviewed, or fully automatic
Approve each listing from a queue with suggested grade-based pricing, or switch on auto-publish. When it sells, Returner matches it to the original return and books the recovered revenue.
