Recommerce: 7% only when a return actually resells.
Turn on recommerce and Returner auto-lists your graded returns as unique outlet products in your own store. It's an optional, success-based product — not a plan add-on or a returns overage. No listing fee, no monthly fee, no setup fee: you pay a 7% commission on an item's sale price only when it actually sells, with a $0.50 per-item floor, capped at $1,000 a month. Available on every plan; Shopify stores are billed through Shopify.

An honest comparison: full-service resale platforms typically charge around 10% and run your logistics for you; peer-to-peer branded-resale marketplaces take roughly 20% of the sale. Returner's recommerce runs inside your own store, on the warehouse flow you already have — so the commission stays low and the revenue stays yours.

What counts as a return?
Each return request submitted through your portal counts as one return for the month, regardless of how many items are in it. Exchanges and store-credit requests count the same as refunds — one request, one return.
How am I billed — Shopify or card?
If you install Returner from Shopify, billing runs through your Shopify invoice (App Store policy). If you are not on Shopify, you pay by card — we process payments securely through Revolut. Every install starts free: your first 25 returns are on us, and you are only charged once you choose a plan.
Is there a discount for new stores?
Every install gets your first 25 returns free — on every plan — so you can try Returner before paying a cent. On the entry Lite plan, that first paid month then comes at 50% off, applied automatically (you are only ever billed the discounted amount, never charged full and refunded). Higher plans don't add a separate percentage discount — the free returns are the trial.
What's included — and what about overage?
Every feature is included on every plan: fraud scoring, exchanges, instant exchange, automation, API, custom domain, store-credit bonuses, returnless, warehouse portal, and AI insights. There is no overage and no add-ons — plans differ only by included returns volume and support level. If you go over your included volume we never block returns or charge extra; we simply nudge you to consider the next tier.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard — changes take effect immediately. On Shopify the change flows through your Shopify invoice; off Shopify it is billed to your card.
Is EU withdrawal compliance included?
Yes — on every plan, at no extra cost. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal runs as a separate, statutory track from your own return policy: the window is anchored to outbound delivery, withdrawals get a durable email acknowledgement and an immutable audit trail, and the flow stays compliant while still offering exchange or store credit.
