Returner runs a remote MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI or Windsurf, sign in once, and ask what needs attention today. Your assistant reads returns, analytics and tracking, and when you allow it, approves, refunds and labels.

Read access is the default. Anything that changes a return needs a scope you grant per connection.

One address, every AI client.

There is no plugin to install. Paste the Returner connector address into your AI app, approve the consent screen for your store, and you are connected. Scripts and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier and Make use an agent token over the same API.

The assistant works on the same data as your dashboard, scoped to your store and your role. Reading is separate from acting: refunds and approvals are off until you allow them, and money moves only on an explicit confirmation.

Disconnect an app or rotate an agent token at any time. Access ends immediately and refresh tokens are reuse protected.

What your assistant reads is sent to the AI provider you chose. That provider acts for you, it is not a Returner sub-processor.
